Ten weeks, ten decisions. Each week has one live session of 90 minutes online, outside core meeting hours, and one deliverable that you and your team produce in your own company. Expect 3-5 hours of work a week between sessions.
Between sessions, you get written feedback on your deliverable within three working days. Sessions run under the Chatham House Rule, and we never place direct competitors in the same cohort. In the Leadership Team Lab, the same ten themes run as six working sessions of three hours, and the team produces one shared strategy instead of one each.

The first Plan Lab has 6 seats at DKK 19,500 per participant. In return, we ask for structured feedback along the way and, if you are satisfied, a reference. Payment is 50% at sign-up and 50% after week 5.
We also take one founding leadership team in spring 2027. The Leadership Team Lab is DKK 110,000 for that team, on the same terms.
