Add-on to the strategy

AI literacy programme

AI skills per role, so the value comes through and the AI Act requirement is covered. The programme builds on the AI policy and the use cases you actually use.

Duration

3-4 weeks + first wave

Pricing model

Add-on or standalone

You end up with

A competence matrix, a learning plan and documentation of the effort and the effect.

For you if you

Have bought licences, but usage is low. Cannot document what employees have learned about AI. Have courses that are the same for everyone. Or have an AI policy nobody knows.

Price and payment

Design in 3-4 weeks with a learning partner, design and first wave in 3 months, or a 1-day leadership workshop.

What it includes

01Target groups and roles
02Baseline per role with a short test and survey
03Competence matrix: know, use or master per role
04Learning plan for the first year with formats, champions and resources
05First wave: leaders and champions first
06Literacy report documenting the effort

Why a literacy programme

Legal requirement

AI Act art. 4 requires measures for employees' AI literacy. Authorities can enforce it from 2 Aug 2026.

Different roles

An operator, a manager and a developer need different skills. One course package fits nobody.

Value

Licences without skills mean low usage and low impact. Training makes the difference.

Safe use

Employees who know the rules make fewer mistakes with data and AI answers.

Five target groups, five levels

Content and scope follow the role. Know: understands and can explain. Use: applies it in their own work. Master: can build, teach others and assess risk.

All employeesKnow and use · 2 hours in production, 1 day in the office
ManagersUse · 2 x ½ day
ChampionsMaster · 4 days and a network
Developers and specialistsMaster · 5 days and certification
Executive team and boardKnow · ½ day
